Actions effectuées :

• clic dans l'interface pour lancer la mise à jour ;
• lecture du message sur la nécessité de mettre à jour la base de données ;
• lancement de la commande :

  sudo -u www-data php /var/www/statistiques.april.org/piwik/console core:update

• apparition de l'erreur suivante :

      * identify and correct the source of the problem (e.g., memory_limit or max_execution_time)
      * execute the remaining queries in the update that failed
      * manually update the `option` table in your Matomo database, setting the value of version_core to the version of the failed update
      * re-run the updater (through the browser or command-line) to continue with the remaining updates
      * report the problem (and solution) so that Matomo can be improved

• exécution de la commande suggérée dans la doc de Matomo :

  ALTER TABLE piwik_log_visit ROW_FORMAT=DYNAMIC;

  puis à nouveau appel de la commande précédente.
• l'interface d'administration affiche un avertissement concernant la présence de fichiers en trop, suppression avec les commandes suivantes :
  

  cd /var/www/statistiques.april.org/piwik/
  rm misc/others/ExamplePiwikTracker.php
  rm misc/others/uninstall-delete-piwik-directory.php
  rm -rf libs/bower_components
  

La sonde icinga de vérification des maj de Matomo ne fonctionne plus avec cette nouvelle version.

Le script se perdait avec l'apparition d'une nouvelle variable apparue dans la nouvelle version (MAJOR_VERSION en plus de VERSION).
J'ai modifié le script pour qu'il prenne la bonne variable.
